The Exceptional Practice Group (EPG)

The Exception Practice Group (EPG) is a by-invitation collection of dentists founded by Dr Mark Hassed in 2002. The purpose of the EPG is to share cutting-edge information, motivation and mutual support.

Dr Duval was invited to join the EPG in 2004.

The common theme among EPG members is that they all strive for and achieve excellence in the running of their practices. EPG dentists must own a private practice and should generate a qualifying level of fee revenue from their own exertion.

Contrary to other educational groups where information comes from external sources, EPG creates value by the sharing that occurs between members. This brings with it the duty of members to make significant contributions for the benefit of fellow members both at the annual conference and on the chat line. Members are warmly encouraged to keep in touch with each other by telephone, e-mail and visiting each other's practices.
